Bailee Maradeo (he/him) supports Prebble Counseling Services as a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern while completing his graduate studies through Grand Canyon University. He brings a solid background in Human Services, including a Bachelor's from Southern New Hampshire University and prior work as a Direct Support Professional and Behavioral Health Technician.
As a non-clinical intern, Bailee is focused on growing his professional skills in an affirming, real-world environment — one that values clarity, collaboration, and keeping it human.

How is supervision different from consultation?
Supervision is for pre-licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania who want honest, grounded guidance as they build clinical skill and move toward licensure.
Consultation is part of my Ethical Badass™ work (through the workshop and practice lab) and is designed for licensed professionals, coaches, and helpers who want to think critically, work ethically, and stop shrinking themselves in the name of “professionalism.”
Who can receive LPC supervision from you?
I provide LPC supervision for pre-licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania (LAPCs and post-master's candidates) who want supervision that takes the whole person seriously.
Do you offer consultation outside Pennsylvania?
Yes.
Ethical Badass™ consultations are available nationwide for therapists, coaches, and helping professionals who want real conversations about boundaries, ethics, power, and aligned care — not performative compliance.
How often are sessions, and how long do they last?
LPC supervision:
Most clinicians meet weekly or biweekly, in line with Pennsylvania requirements (2 hours of supervision per 40 hours of clinical work).
Ethical Badass™ Workshop:
90-minute live consultation-style training, offered multiple times per year
Ethical Badass™ Practice Lab:
2-day live consultation lab (approximately 3–3.5 hours per day)
