Sessions are 50 minutes, typically weekly or biweekly. We’ll decide together what works best based on your needs, schedule, and goals — and we can adjust as we go.
Everyone’s pace is different, but many clients feel some relief within the first few sessions. Real change takes time — but we’ll track what’s shifting so you don’t feel stuck guessing.
