What happens in the intake session?

We talk. We gather some background history. You tell me what’s been going on, what’s been working, what hasn’t — and where you want to go from here.

How often do sessions happen?

Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly or biweekly. We decide together and adjust as needed.

How long until I feel better?

Many clients feel some relief within the first few sessions. Real change builds over time — and it reflects the work you put in and the actions you take between sessions.

We’ll pay attention to what’s shifting so you’re not left guessing.
