When You’re Tired of Holding It All Together

You’ve been running on fumes, doing what it takes to survive — and it’s wearing you down.

You keep pushing, but it doesn't get easier.

You might notice:

• Feeling unseen or constantly misunderstood
• Repeating the same cycles, no matter how hard you try
• Absorbing everyone else’s stress and emotions
• Feeling “too much” and “not enough” at the same time
• Wondering who you are underneath it all

I help high-achieving adults and teens who’ve spent years:

🥵 pushing past exhaustion • 😰 managing perfectionism
😇 people-pleasing • 🥸 masking just to get by

🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 Together, we’ll slow things down and help you reconnect with who you are.

Questions You Might Be Asking

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

It’s normal to feel unsure about starting therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out — that’s what therapy helps with. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want a better understanding of yourself, therapy can be a supportive space to start.

How long are sessions, and how often do we meet?

Sessions are 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and availability.

Do you offer both online and in-person therapy?

I currently offer online sessions only for clients in Pennsylvania, Florida, and South Carolina. This allows you to meet from a comfortable, private space that works best for your schedule.

What can I expect in our first session?

Our first session is focused on getting to know you — your background, family history, and what’s bringing you into therapy. You’ll have space to share what’s been going on and where you’d like to start, while I gather context to help guide our work together in a way that feels supportive and effective.

How long does it take to notice change?

Everyone’s process looks a little different. Some people start to feel relief after a few sessions, while others notice gradual shifts over time. Real change takes commitment — I’ll walk alongside you providing tools, insight, and support, but the progress comes from the work you put in between sessions.

Do you integrate faith or spirituality if requested?

If faith or spirituality is meaningful to you, I can incorporate it into our work in a way that aligns with your beliefs and values. While I’m not a specialized faith-based therapist or pastoral counselor, I’m comfortable exploring those themes if they matter to you.”

Do you work with teens, or only adults?

I work with both teens and adults navigating ADHD, Autism, Trauma, Stress, and other Life Transitions. Sessions are always inclusive, affirming, and informed utilizing evidence-based frameworks, centering on your strengths.
