Online individual therapy for high-achieving adults who are done pretending they're fine.

You’re capable.

You’re reliable.

And you’re exhausted.

If You’re Being Honest, This Has Been Costing You

You’ve been the strong one for a long time.

In your career.

In your family.

In your relationships.

You keep showing up, even when you’re running on fumes.

And it’s costing you more than you want to admit.

You might recognize yourself here:

• The one who does everything and catches hell for buying the wrong chips.

• Always being there and still feeling invisible.

• Apologizing for everything just to keep the peace.

Online Therapy for Adults Who Are Running on Empty and Can’t Figure Out Why

You already know something's off. Here's what keeps showing up:

• You don’t feel energized after the weekend.

• You rehearse your defense before requesting a day off.

• You can name exactly what’s wrong but can’t make it stop.

• People-pleasing isn’t a choice, it’s who you’ve become.

You’re not failing.

You’re burned out from overfunctioning.

What Therapy Here Is (and Isn’t)

This is therapy that:

• Names what you already know but haven't said out loud

• Works on the thing, not around it

• Pushes back when you're bullshitting yourself

• Gets specific about what's not working and why

This is not therapy that:

• Asks how your week was for six months straight

• Hands you a label when you needed a mirror.

• Turns therapy into another performance.

• Wastes your time

If you're looking for surface-level individual therapy, you won't find that here.

Who This Individual Therapy Is For

You’ll get the most out of this work if you:

• You’re the one everyone leans on — but nobody checks on you.

• You’ve known your patterns for years — but that hasn’t fixed anything.

• You’re exhausted — but would never say that out loud.

• You’ve spent so long being useful — that it’s become your purpose.

If you’re feeling called out, that’s not an accident.

Common Questions

Is therapy the right fit for me?

If you’re stretched thin, burned out, or tired of holding it together — yes.

You don’t need a diagnosis or a breakdown. Just a willingness to stop pretending.

What happens in the intake session?

We talk. We gather some background history. You tell me what’s been going on, what’s been working, what hasn’t — and where you want to go from here.

No fixing.

No selling.

Just clarity.

How often do sessions happen?

Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly or biweekly. We decide together and adjust as needed.

How long until I feel better?

Most clients notice something within the first few sessions — less weight, more clarity, or just the relief of finally saying it out loud. Real change builds over time, and it reflects the work you put in between sessions.

We track what’s changing so you’re not left guessing.

Do you accept insurance?

I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. But if you have out-of-network benefits, I use Mentaya to handle the reimbursement process for you — you're not stuck filing claims yourself.

How much does a therapy session cost?

Intake sessions are $175 and return visits are $150. Rates are adjusted for shorter sessions.

You'd Never Let Someone You Love Stay This Stuck

This isn't about becoming someone new.

It’s about stopping the performance to realize you don’t need to be that person anymore.
