Overview

At Prebble Counseling Services LLC, we offer a range of outpatient psychotherapy services and clinical supervision/consultation tailored to meet clients' mental health needs. A valid credit card on file is required for online booking and appointment scheduling. All fees are due at the time of service. Payments are expected immediately following each appointment, and the credit card on file will be charged through Jane Payments within the Jane Payments app. Clients will receive an email or text receipt via the Jane Payments app. For details regarding late cancellation and no-show fees, please refer to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. A $75.00 fee may be assessed for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Out-of-Network Provider Disclosure

Prebble Counseling Services LLC is not in network with any insurance companies. However, we have partnered with Mentaya, a HIPAA compliant company who will submit claims for Out-Of-Network (OON) reimbursement if this is included in your insurance benefits. See the section for Submission of OON claims below.

90791 - Initial Intake Assessment (45-60 minutes)

Fee: $175.00
Required for all new clients, regardless of future treatment plans.

96161 - ADHD Assessment and Evaluation (45-60 minutes)

Fee: $200.00
Includes scoring of rater forms, provider analysis of data, and final report preparation. This service requires an initial intake session and is conducted as a 2nd session.

90837 - Individual Psychotherapy (60 minutes)

Fee: $150.00
Applies to all individual follow-up and final ADHD assessment sessions (53-60 minutes).

90847 - Couples and Family Therapy with Client Present (60 minutes)

Fee: $175.00
Follow-up session for couples and family therapy (35-60 minutes).

Clinical Supervision and Consultation (60 minutes)

Fee: $100.00

90834 - Individual Psychotherapy (45 minutes)

Fee: $120.00
Session length between 38-52 minutes.

90832 - Individual Psychotherapy (30 minutes)

Fee: $100.00
Session length between 16-37 minutes.

90846 - Couples or Family Therapy without Client Present (60 minutes)

Fee: $150.00
Session length between 35-60 minutes.

90839 - Psychotherapy for Crisis (30-74 minutes)

Fee: $175.00

90840 - Add-on for Crisis Psychotherapy (75+ minutes)

Fee: $100.00
Additional fee beyond the first 74 minutes, added to the initial crisis session rate.

Additional Charges for Extended Sessions

If a session is extended beyond the scheduled time, additional charges may apply. These will be discussed and confirmed with the client as needed.
Fees for 3-hour Therapy Intensives and Therapy Retreats will be listed on those service pages once the programs are developed

Nonbillable Services (not including services for legal proceedings)

Non-clinical services such as completion of forms (e.g., FMLA, disability, records release, work/school accommodations) are not covered by insurance and incur a fee of $100.00.
Nonbillable Services for legal proceedings will be established on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature and complexity of the legal proceeding. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to entering into any agreement for this type of service.

Session Fee: $175.00=Claim Fee $8.75

Session Fee: $150.00=Claim Fee $7.50

Session Fee: $120.00=Claim Fee $6.00

Session Fee: $100.00=Claim Fee $5.00
