Do you only work online?

Yes.

All sessions are held online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You can log in from home, the office, or anywhere else you feel comfortable — no commute, no awkward waiting rooms, no pressure to have it all together.

What state do you work in?

I’m licensed in Pennsylvania and registered to provide telehealth for adults in Florida and South Carolina.

How is your approach different from other therapists?

You won’t find scripts or therapy jargon here. I bring 21+ years of experience, a real-life understanding of burnout and emotional exhaustion, and a warm, grounded style that meets you exactly where you are. We’ll work together to untangle what’s keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, and build strategies that actually fit your life — not some ideal version of it.

Can you help if I’m overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in people-pleasing?

You're exactly who I work with!
My clients are often the strong ones — the ones everyone else leans on. But under the surface, they’re worn out, anxious, and feel like they’ve lost touch with who they are. You don’t need to explain yourself here. You just get to exhale and finally be supported.

Can I work with you just once, or for a specific issue?

Yes.

Some people come for a 3-hour therapy intensive to work through a stuck pattern or decision. Others come weekly or biweekly for ongoing support. We’ll figure out what makes the most sense based on what you need right now.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

Not at all.
I don’t require — or assume — any diagnosis. What matters is how you’re feeling, what you’re carrying, and what kind of support would actually help. If you’re overwhelmed, stretched thin, or just tired of trying to hold it all together, this space is for you.

Why don’t you take insurance; isn’t therapy expensive?

Therapy is an investment — and I know that decision isn’t always easy.

I don’t bill insurance so I can offer care that’s private, personalized, and focused on what actually helps, not what a company decides to approve.


I also use Mentaya, a tool that helps clients submit for out-of-network reimbursement. During our consult, I’ll help you check your benefits and walk through the options — no insurance headaches required.
