If weekly therapy was the answer, it would've worked by now.
Immersive, focused work for burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and overwhelm.
💻 Secure Telehealth • 🎓 21+ Years of Experience • 💜 Affirming, Inclusive Care

This isn’t three hours of talking in circles.
It's focused work on what gets pushed back when weekly sessions are consumed by the latest crisis.
We get honest about what's maintaining the pattern.
We work it through in real time.
You leave with something more useful than insight.

These aren’t just longer sessions.
They're designed to do what shorter sessions can't.
In an intensive, we can:
✔ Stop doing the thing that isn't working
✔ Work through the emotional weight without rushing
✔ Address what’s underneath the people-pleasing and overextending
✔ Practice something different
No small talk.
No spending half the session catching me up.
No pretending that understanding something automatically changes it.
Session Length: 3 hours (with breaks as needed)
Format: Secure online telehealth (PA, FL, SC)
Approach: Grounded, direct, honest
Structure Includes:
• Pre-intensive questionnaire and planning
• Focused 3-hour session(s)
• Post-session summary and recommendations
Structured enough to feel contained.
Flexible enough to meet you where you actually are.
Therapy intensives work well if you:
✔ Have been in therapy and feel stuck
✔ You know what you’re doing. You probably know why. And you still can’t stop doing it
✔ Are facing something you can't think your way through
✔ Want focused work without committing to weekly sessions

You May Need a Different Option If You:
✖ Are in active crisis or need immediate support
✖ Are seeking medication management
✖ You prefer slow, open-ended weekly therapy
A therapy intensive is focused work without the usual stop-and-start of weekly therapy.
We carve out three uninterrupted hours (except for small breaks) to deal with what's underneath.
They work well for people who are everybody else’s emergency contact and have no idea how to need anything themselves.
Weekly sessions are often consumed by the dumpster fire of the week.
Intensives skip that and focus on the deeper concern that needs attention.
Some people get what they need in one session. Others choose two or three over time. We’ll decide based on your goals.
Yes.
With your consent, this work can complement ongoing therapy.
The 3-hour session itself is not insurance-billable.
Pre- and post-session components may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan.
No.
You just need to be physically located in Pennsylvania, Florida, or South Carolina when we meet — for the pre-intensive interview, the intensive session, and the post-intensive meeting.
Some people travel specifically for this because they need physical distance from loved ones to focus on themselves.
Therapy Intensives start at $1,800

Each Package Includes the 90-minute Pre-Intensive Interview, 1, 2, or 3 Intensive Therapy sessions lasting 3-hours each, and the 90-minute Post-Intensive Meeting
Therapy Intensives cost more than weekly sessions because we’re doing concentrated work that weekly therapy often doesn’t have time for.
We’ll confirm fit and logistics during your free consult.
