How Supervision & Consultation Support Your Growth

Whether you’re a new clinician finding your footing or a seasoned professional seeking fresh perspective, supervision and consultation offer space for reflection, accountability, and growth with confidence and integrity.

Together, we’ll create a collaborative space where you can:

  • Reflect on your work with curiosity, not judgment

  • Strengthen ethical, inclusive, and trauma-informed practice

  • Deepen self-awareness and clinical or organizational insight

  • Navigate complex systems, client needs, or team dynamics

  • Develop confidence in your voice, boundaries, and leadership

Supervision and consultation are more than professional requirements

— they’re opportunities to refine your skills, connect with your values, and lead with authenticity.

Who Will Benefit Most From Supervision & Consultation With Me

✔️ New or developing clinicians in Pennsylvania seeking LPC supervision that balances structure, reflection, and authentic growth
✔️ Experienced professionals or supervisors wanting to deepen trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, or identity-affirming practice
✔️ Helping professionals, small practices, or organizations committed to inclusive, ethical, and values-driven care
✔️ Leaders and teams ready to explore systemic change, accessibility, and belonging in their work environments

Who Might Want To Consider a Different Fit

✖️ Those seeking administrative supervision only (for hours verification without reflective or developmental support)
✖️ Organizations not open to feedback or shifts toward more affirming and inclusive practices
✖️ Professionals outside Pennsylvania seeking formal LPC supervision (consultation is available nationwide)
✖️ Individuals looking for personal therapy rather than professional support or mentoring

If you’re unsure whether supervision or consultation with me is the right fit,

I’m happy to discuss your goals and explore whether it aligns with your needs and growth path.

Questions You Might Be Asking

How is supervision different from consultation?

Supervision focuses on your clinical development, professional identity, and ethical practice — typically tied to licensure or skill-building.

Consultation offers space to explore systems, leadership, organizational culture, or case dynamics from an affirming, trauma-informed lens.

Both prioritize reflection, growth, and alignment with your values.

Who can receive LPC supervision from you?

I provide supervision for pre-licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania working toward LPC hours.

We’ll collaborate to meet both, PA state board requirements and your personal learning goals, using a reflective and developmental model.

Do you offer consultation outside Pennsylvania?

Yes

— professional consultation is available nationwide for individuals, teams, and organizations seeking to deepen trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and identity-inclusive practices.

What types of professionals or businesses do you consult with?

I work with therapists, coaches, educators, small practices, other businesses and organizations that want to strengthen inclusive culture, ethical frameworks, and affirming systems.

Each consultation is tailored to your role, mission, and areas of growth.

How often are sessions, and how long do they last?

Supervision and consultation frequency depend on your goals, needs, and structure of work.

For LPC supervision in Pennsylvania, the state requires a minimum of 2 hours of supervision for every 40 hours of client contact (including both direct and indirect work).

For professional consultation, session length and frequency are flexible — whether you need a single consult for guidance or ongoing support for your team or organization.

Together, we’ll determine a schedule that fits your goals and capacity.

What’s the investment?

Rates start at $100 per hour for Individual LPC Supervision; Group Supervision is $75 per person per hour.

Rates vary based on the extent of services, number of participants, and frequency of meetings and may increase for services involving multiple team members, extended planning, or organizational development.

Whether you’re seeking a one-time consultation or ongoing support, transparent pricing is always discussed before scheduling so you can make an informed decision.

What if I’m not sure which service I need?

That’s completely okay — many people aren’t sure at first.

We can start with a brief conversation to clarify your goals and determine whether supervision or consultation (or a blend of both) best supports your path forward.
