Find resources, support, guidance, and healing through personalized psychotherapy for adults or ADHD assessment for children and adolescents
Serving the state of Pennsylvania, through telehealth, offering trauma-informed, affirming, evidence-based care
When life's challenges feel overwhelming and nobody seems to understand, it's important to know you are seen, you are heard, and you are not alone. I provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental, and comforting space where understanding and guidance await. With a unique approach using a neurodivergent and identity-affirming focus to treatment, your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilled life of self-acceptance begins here.
I am currently focusing my skills on working with adults (ages 18+) who are members of the Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ communities.
I also complete clinical ADHD assessments for children and adolescents, ages 6-18; this process is completed in 3-4 sessions and is not ongoing therapeutic services. The final session of the assessment process consists of confirming or ruling out an ADHD diagnosis and offering resources or recommendations for further treatment and referrals.

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unseen, and unheard?
I have 20 years of experience working in Pennsylvania with a diverse population of clients in a variety of settings.
My goal is to provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental environment; one, in which, you feel like somebody finally "gets it." I believe in working with you as a teammate (yes, I love sports); we are in this together. I cannot do the work for you; however, I can be in there with you providing encouragement, tips and strategies, insight, and other perspectives.
Feeling like nobody truly understands?
Care from a professional who finally "gets it!"
My biggest area of strength is working with individuals who are Neuro"spicy" (i.e., those who have ADHD, Autism, members of the LGTQIA+ community, etc.); this includes parents, family members, caretakers, and friends who provide support and assistance to these individuals. I not only engage in specialized training with the most current evidenced-based approaches, but I have almost 27 years of experience, as a mother raising three children with ADHD and one who also has Autism; I too was diagnosed, at age 36 with ADHD.
